WEEKEND ARRANGEMENTS
The majority of our guests will be staying on the venue in Glamping tents for the entire weekend.
We would love to celebrate with all our guests sleeping on-site, as we expect the celebrations to continue well into the morning. There's nothing better than sleeping on the venue's doorstep!
The bridal couple has communicated to selected family and friends who are requested to book accommodation off-site.
We've broken down the arrangements day-by-day.

GETTING THERE
Cherry Glamping is situated in the Elgin area, on the N2 between Grabouw and Bot River.
It is situated 6km's after the Peregrine Farm Stall on the N2.

ACCOMMODATION: GLAMPING TENTS
The glamping tents are set up on raised wooden platforms and offer guests a comfortable and stylish way to enjoy the natural beauty of the area.
Tents are equipped with twin beds, cotton linen, towels, extra blankets, luggage rack, bed-end table, bedside tables with lamps, a USB charger, chairs, and coat hook.
Check In is 15h00; checkout of tents at 10h00.
Please bring your own swimming towels and warm clothes, as Elgin can cool down in the evenings.
COSTS OF GLAMPING TENTS
Double occupancy 1 night - R2650.00 per tent | R1325 pp
Double occupancy 2 nights - R3650.00 per tent | R1825 pp
TAKE NOTE
Further information regarding payment and booking of glamping accommodation to be communicated once RSVPs have been received.
All guests who have indicated that they will be attending the celebrations, will be allocated a booking buddy.
Payment of accomodation to be made with your booking buddy, as all tents are double occupancy.
